1:00 - 3:00 - Players entering 7th -8th Grades
3:30 - 5:30 - Players entering 9th Grades
6:00 - 8:00 - Players entering 10th - 12th Grades

General conditioning, major volleyball skills (passing, hitting, setting, serving, blocking, floor defense) with some positional specific training and wash play.

Only 20 will be allowed per session for JUMP START CAMP.
